Sounds like you are way too busy.

Sounds like you need a small boat and a body of water.

You can pretend to fish, but boat on water even without a rod seams to do the trick for me, even when it’s cold.

The other solution is mega-walks.

I guess what I mean to say is that it is a good idea at some point of the day to STOP THINKING!
